Service Charges

Our rates are very competitive and an approximate cost can often be estimated based on your description of the machine's behaviour. Please note that this is not a quote as a different problem may be diagnosed upon physical inspection of the washer or dryer.

A wide variety of parts are carried on-board for immediate replacement during the technician's visit and in most cases it can be determined over the phone if replacement parts might be necessary.

In the event that a part is not on-hand it is generally available overnight. There is only one call-out fee per job regardless of having to return with parts.

Warranty

All labour and most parts are covered under a 12 month warranty.
